We pride ourselves on our H&S culture making sure that everyone from Martin our MD to our subcontractors understand the importance of why we make H&S our No1 focus.

We work very closely with Matt Baker (Director) at Safeaid UK Ltd. Matt has been working with Ivybuild now for the last 5 years. He works closely with the management team, making sure we are going above and beyond and not just ticking boxes. Holding monthly meetings with the management team as well has having quarterly meetings with the Directors, this really make's sure that we are achieving our goals and planning for the future.
